We do not use contractor-grade or budget paint lines, and we never substitute cheaper products than what we’ve quoted. What type of paint is best for Florida’s climate?
For exterior applications in Tampa’s hot, humid, and UV-intense climate, we recommend 100% acrylic latex paints in satin or semi-gloss finishes from premium product lines. These formulations offer superior UV resistance, flexibility to accommodate thermal expansion and contraction, excellent moisture resistance, and built-in mildew inhibitors.
